How quickly can we start using Kasaloop?

Do I need to install any software?
No installation needed! Kasaloop is a web-based platform that works on any device with a browser. Your concierge team can use it on desktop computers, tablets, or smartphones. We also offer an optional Android app for mobile convenience.
How do residents access the portal?
Residents receive an invitation email when you add them. From any device, they can view packages, invite guests, book amenities (if enabled), and chat with concierge.

Residents send a guest invite, the visitor registers their vehicle in seconds, and staff approve with one click. Approved visitors receive a pass with clear times. The building gets a full log of parking activity.

Is our building data secure?
Yes. We use industry‑standard encryption and Cloudflare’s secure edge to protect your data with automatic backups. Each building is isolated by design, and we never sell or share your information.
Can residents see each other’s information?
No. Residents can only see their own parcels, bookings, and communications. The system maintains strict privacy between residents. Only authorized concierge staff can view building-wide information, and even then, access is limited to their assigned buildings.
How do you handle resident phone numbers and emails?
Contact information is encrypted and only used for building‑related communications like package notifications and announcements. We never sell resident data. Residents can opt out of non‑essential messages anytime.
